Thanks for persevering. So an existing test, ArithmeticQueryIT, fails with your changes? That's
somewhat surprising. Did you add the test that has autocommit on and upsert/selects into the
same table?

FWIW, this is the first built-in function that keeps state, that's why there are more changes
required. A regular, simple built-in function is pretty trivial to write. Even one that keeps
state will be pretty easy to write (after this :-( ).
