One way to deal with this "per row" state would be to call expression.reset() for each expression
in the RowProjector after PhoenixResultSet.next(). We could either do it only if the expression.getDeterminism
is PER_ROW or greater, or we could do it all the time. This would give the expression a chance
to "cleanup" any state it may be managing. We already call expression.reset() per row on the
server side when we evaluate expressions during filter evaluation.
