Woohoo..Got it working on a secure cluster. I had a mistake in connection
string.
I was missing ":phoenix" in my connection string.
Now, it works with this connection string:
jdbc:*phoenix*:<ZK>:<port>:<rootdir>:<keytab>:<principal>
