PerlWarn Off in httpd.conf

Also, in prod, you want to run at at least 'error' if not 'crit' unless you 
are debugging in prod.

What you should have done was
use warnings FATAL => 'all', NOFATAL => 'redefine';
[accounting for Apache::Reload]

while developing :)
