  Hi Pierre, 

  Unfortunately you're using a pre-release version of mod_perl 2.x that
  has many bugs and may even not be using the current API. 

  The easiest way to make sure this isn't what is causing your issue
  is to upgrade to mod_perl 2.0.2.
