perl -MCPAN -e install (Bundle::Catalyst)
	FYI, thats almost half of CPAN.... they might notice. :)

You'll have to put this in some directory you can write too.

Then in your startup.pl, .conf file, or in your scripts, add these dirs to your @INC
via use lib() or the like.
