Subject mod_perl and CGI.pm
Date Mon, 20 Mar 2000 06:38:43 GMT
Hy there,

i have a problem using mod perl and the CGI.pm library, i'm using Linux
and the following software versions:

  Linux: Kernel 2.2.13
  mod_perl: 1.21
  Apache: 1.3.9 (Unix)
  CGI.pm: 2.46

The mod_perl configuration looks as follows:

PerlModule Apache::StatINC
PerlInitHandler Apache::StatINC

<Location /cgi-bin>
  AllowOverride None
  Options +ExecCGI -Includes
  SetHandler perl-script
  PerlHandler Apache::Registry
  PerlSendHeader Off
</Location>

The problem is very simple, the following short script:

use CGI qw/:standard/;
my $s;
$s=param('value');

produces strange results. When the script is launched with
http://localhost?value=1, everything seems to be ok, but when the script
is started again with another value (?value=2) i still get 1 when
querying param().

Any help will be greatfully appreciated

Benjamin
