To decide whether WML is worth learning you can look at various sites created
by WML.  Perhaps then you can decide better because this way you see what it
provides and what not. For instance look at: http://www.openssl.org/,
http://www.debian.org/, http://www.engelschall.com/, http://www.ee.ethz.ch/,
http://www.afg.ethz.ch/, http://www.ewh.ieee.org/tc/nnc/,  etc. and especially
there watch for two things: consistent look and feel and navigation stuff.
