Success!

I went ahead with the make install and that went fine. I then had a problem with getting it
to work with the recommended apache configuration, but I didn't want to bother the list any
more than I already have today. ;) I figured that out on my own; turns out that even though
I had mod_perl installed, I didn't have it enabled in /etc/sysconfig/apache2. Everything is
copasetic now.

Thanks Gerald! I am SO stoked to have embperl at my disposal again!! :D Have a great weekend.

- Gavin

P.S. It's amazing what one can accomplish after a 20 minute nap. ;)

It looks like httpd (which runs as nobody) does not have access to the
embperl/test/html directory.

Normaly you should be able to run make install and use it without
problems

Gerald
