I'm no Embperl 2.0 expert, but if I recall correctly PerlSetEnv (or 
SetEnv for that matter) won't work by default. Try removing the 
PerlSetEnv like so:


EMBPERL_OBJECT_ADDPATH 
/var/website/htdocs/uk;/var/website/htdocs/shared/;/var/website/htdocs/
