Aah I see...

Embperl accumulates all error during one request. To not receive the error,
just reset Embperl error flag like

[-
$r = shift ; # embperl request object
-]
<H1>[- Execute('title.epl'); # should die there -]</H1>
 [-
$r -> Error (0) ; # reset error flag
 Execute({
 inputfile=>"some.epl",
 output=>\$res,
 });

 print OUT $res;
 -]
