Hi Gerald,
As far as I know, I am running under mod_perl with no usage (so, there's SetHandler
set to "perl-script" and PerlHandler set to "Embperl"). The CONTENT_LENGTH is 43.  AFAIK,
this wasn't a problem for us using Embperl 1.3.x.
