Subject DBIx::Recordset caching
Date Mon, 14 Apr 2003 13:17:44 GMT
I have two different web sites with this problem. One process is
opening the database and updating a table. Another process is
waiting to see what changed. The problem is that the data is being
cached. If I get my recordset and search too soon, all subsequent
searches will return the old data.

How can I force the query to go off to the database and get the new
information?

I'm not sure which upsets me more: that people are so unwilling to accept
responsibility for their own actions, or that they are so eager to regulate
everyone else's.
