	'$fields' => 'name',
	'name'	  => 'caro%',
	'*name'	  => 'like'

The *name sets the operator for the condition.

Or you can do it in more raw form:

	'$fields' => 'name',
	'$where'	=> 'name like ?',
	'$values'	=> ['caro%'],
