The good news is that I can reproduce it on my box (I normally don't build 
the pdf since it's so CPU intensive). So it's something in the POD that 
html2ps breaks on. We should check recent commits. If you beat me to it, 
Philip, see if you can reproduce it on your machine: bin/build -dvf
