I saw it on a long page like: 
 http://domm.zsi.at/modperl-site-domm/style1/docs/devel/writing_tests/writing_tests.html


But now it seems fine, must be a browser glitch.

BTW, I think that we need a bottom margin. Currently on mozilla when you 
scroll all the way down, it's hard to see the closing bottom line of the 
box. Do you see the same?
