(I also get modperl/env.t, modperl/setupenv.t and preconnection.note.t failures, which also occurred in 2.0.10, plus some lingering filter/in_bbs_inject_header.t failures that occurred in 2.0.10 which I thought would be fixed now but aren't. I also have one other report of the latter. For me it only fails when LWP is present.)
