Here is a short report on how tests went with r357411 and Apache
  2.2.0 on Fedora Core 4:

  8 tests skipped.
Failed 24/238 test scripts, 89.92% okay. 27/2054 subtests failed,
  98.69% okay.

The interesting thing is most of these errors are caused by:

  Can't load '~/mod_perl/mod_perl-2.0/blib/arch/auto/APR/APR.so'
for module APR: libaprutil-1.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No
  such file or directory at
  /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.6/i386-linux-thread-multi/DynaLoader.pm line 230.

However while it says that, the file is in blib/arch/auto/APR/ and
all of the symlinks look correct. Any ideas on how I should go about
  tracking this down?
