Any of the following two should do:

find /usr/lib/perl5 | grep Apache2 | xargs rm -rf
find /usr/lib/perl5 -name 'Apache2' -exec rm -rf {} \;

adjust /usr/lib/perl5 to point to the root of your perl lib.

be careful though when you do 'rm -rf' :)
