We could do that, or if you're as lazy as I am, why not
just add more verbiage to the pod?

=head2 APR symbols not loading when using the APR:: 
packages outside of modperl-2.

Whenever using an APR:: package outside of modperl-2, you need to

    use APR;

in order to load the XS subroutines.
