Gotcha! The line exploding it all is this one in

PerlAuthzHandler Apache::OK

When we hit that, bam, segfault... As to why it happens, not sure yet.
I've tried with:

./Configure -Dusedevel
./Configure -Dusedevel -Duseperlio
./Configure -Dusedevel -Dusethreads
./Configure -Dusedevel -Duseperlio -Dusethreads

And it all reliably gives me the same segfault?

And as far as I can dig into Perl's internals, it seriously segfaults
when it's attempting to run the Apache::OK() subroutine.

More digging to come.
