Then how to get the coordinate of a catalog in text from the catalog in pdf metadata? And how
to get the coordinate of paragraph in text?

Bookmarks don't have coordinates. They are not elements on a page. A
bookmark can *point *to a specific coordinate (or actually, a view state),
though. You can inspect the bookmark's Action or Destination (notice there
could be more than one, though, or none at all) to get that information.
