The easiest way would be
- remove TestImageIOUtils from TestAll
- add it as a single test to the pom

In that case, you (Orion) would only have to touch the pom, i.e. delete 
the line with TestImageIOUtils and the segment with the two dependencies.

Is that what you had in mind?

I just tested it, it builds.
