Subject [GitHub] orc pull request #47: ORC-81 Add support for LZO and LZ4 in the C++ reader.

    ORC-81 Add support for LZO and LZ4 in the C++ reader.

    * Add lz4 to the c++/libs.
    * Add example files for lzo and lz4 from the java writer.
    * Add tests for the new example files and compression codecs.
    * Refactored the snappy codec so that each of the block compressed codecs shares almost
all of the code.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/omalley/orc orc-81
