I think that's good enough for a start, ideally pointing to a known good example. The goal is just to make it clear that we don't want "confusingly similar" product or project names and we want credit to be given to Apache OpenWhisk. No need to go overboard with this unless a specific case happens, but as you mention I think having a single URL like the http://spark.apache.org/trademarks.html example, where all rules and guidelines are mentioned, helps provide clarity and avoid endless discussions when edge cases show up. -Bertrand
