I'm not subscribe to general@incubator.apache.org that's why I missed it.

I guess the address to subscribe is general-subscribe@incubator.apache.org

I don't have a userid on that Wiki, so first thing is to find out how to
get one. and I don't have Marvin's email but I guess I can find it in
apache people list
