Welcome, Andreo! As Alexandro wrote, all you need to do is to introduce yourself to the l10n list and possibly request an account for Pootle, the web interface we use for translations. You can find all needed information at http://wiki.openoffice.org/wiki/Pootle_User_Guide The Esperanto files are not loaded in Pootle yet, but we do have an incomplete Esperanto translation available that you can reuse.
