Subject AOO on Debian/Ubuntu via APT Repositories
Date Fri, 09 Aug 2013 15:29:53 GMT
Not sure if this list or the dev list should get this but figured I'd start here...

I know there are the instructions on how to install the provided Debian Package for AOO[1];
and I also found a very out-of-date Ubuntu Launchpad PPA[2] that isn't really helpful at all
(no actual packages posted in the PPA for anyone to use). So, does any here maintain a PPA
or would it be possible to get an AOO PPA setup?

I'd really like to see AOO come back in the Linux distros and prefer it over LO myself. But
at the same time, I want an official built-in method to do so that is easier to keep up-to-date.

TIA,

Ben
