There are also some "commercial" books provided on Base:

And also lots of resources and research on the Forum, you can see,
templates, models, and Query structures to get really sophisticate
pretty quickly on the implementation of Base.

It has Documentation on HSQL, Form design, and database best
practices, like data normalization.
