I went to Amazon.com and using the Edit drop-down copy I highlighted and co=
pied
text to Open Office Writer 4.01 from different parts of the screen that
contained different kinds of formatting of the text..  I found that the =E2=
=80=9CPaste=E2=80=9D
and =E2=80=9CPaste special=E2=80=9D options appeared every time.=20=20

I copied using the =E2=80=9CSnag-It=E2=80=9D tool to copy with the  =E2=80=
=9CPaste=E2=80=9D and =E2=80=9CPaste special=E2=80=9D
options from OpenOffice Writer options to paste the text.  The =E2=80=9CPas=
te special=E2=80=9D
options was always available.=20=20

With several other programs running and three other new file tabs open in
Internet Explorer, I again copied using the Explorer=E2=80=99s Edit drop-do=
wn copy
option and the Open Office Paste special option with no error.

I restarted the machine and repeated the same tests.  The =E2=80=9CPaste sp=
ecial=E2=80=9D
options was available without error.

I used the Paste Icon in Open Office to see if the options within the drop-=
down
were available and HTML format, HTML format without comments, Formatted Text
{RTF}, and Unformatted Text options were all available.

In each instance I used Edit drop-down menu =E2=80=9Ccopy=E2=80=9D option a=
nd Open Office Write
Edit Dropdown menu =E2=80=9CPaste=E2=80=9D and Paste special=E2=80=9D optio=
ns.  And repeated with the
use of =E2=80=9CSnag_it=E2=80=9D to copy from the website and OpenOffice Wr=
iter Edit menu to
paste.

I also tried all the same tests to copy and paste pictures.  In each instan=
ce
the =E2=80=9CPaste special=E2=80=9D option was available.

I have  not able to reproduce the error in any of the tests.
