Did you remove every package *before*?
Unfortunately, you cannot update from to Apache OpenOffice, you
have to remove every OOo package before, and make sure that in /opt/ there are
no folders remaining.

This is just a warning.

This is the error, and is the typical error that has been seen when AOO is
installed as an update to OOo:

Please try removing every OOo package before (including the desktop
Make sure you don't have any* folder in /opt/ before attempting
to install AOO.
