This events takes place in St. Augustin (near Bonn), Rhine Area, Germany. Kind regards Michael -------- Weitergeleitete Nachricht -------- Betreff: Your booth at FrOSCon 2016 Datum: Tue, 12 Jul 2016 15:34:31 +0200 Von: exhibitors@lists.froscon.de Antwort an: aussteller@froscon.de An: exhibitors@lists.froscon.de Dear exhibitors, the planning of the exhibition area of FrOSCon is finished, we are happy to tell you that you will get a booth at FrOSCon 2016 (20.-21.8.2015). Every project will get at least one table, two chairs and a wall behind the booth for posters. There will be the usual infrastructure with ethernet and a power outlet at every booth, too. As always we try to fulfill your wishes. We have completed our planning for the exhibition area and you can find the preliminary floor plan attached to the email. We'd kindly ask you to take care that you do not display any information, flyers, logos or other merchandise gifts from companies who do not support us through a paid sponsorship. Those sponsorships provide the funding needed in order to organize the conference and provide you with free-of-charge booths, catering and hopefully a great FrOSCon overall. If you have any further questions regarding this specific issue or about sponsoring FrOSCon in general, you can contact us at sponsoren@froscon.de. Please enter the names of the people who will run your booth into the web registration system (1). They get free entrance and free catering at FrOSCon. The web registration system will be closed on August 15th, so please email us any urgent changes after this date. In the next days, we will publish your project's information on the FrOSCon homepage [2]. Please check then if your project's information is correct and complete. If not, please fill in your corrections into the web registration system. We are really looking forward to see you at FrOSCon. On behalf of the FrOSCon Orga PS: Feel free to answer in German.
