The Wiki skin is basically a modified default Monobook Media Wiki
skin... other than some CSS wizardry, there is little else that has
been changed. The majority of the work on the CSS was done by IvanM,
JZA, and myself. I haven't spotted IvanM yet, but JZA and I have
shown up here once or twice.

The Wiki was generally under the Sun and the Oracle TOU. Some
segments of the Wiki are under explicit licensing - PDL and/or CC-By -
where this is the case (for example in the Documentation Project
subpages), this is clearly noted in the specific footer.
