The University of Washington.  I'm no longer an employee.  Also, I wrote
this as a employee (software developer) and not a student.

It's a large university, but I believe you would need to talk to Comotion
(formerly the center for commercialization): http://comotion.uw.edu/.  I'd
support it if the code is useful to the Apache organization.  The Principal
Investigator / Professor I worked with is no longer at the university.
