Actually it does the following:
- Parsing
- Merging the mentions with DefaultParse.addMention
- Inserting named entities via Parse.addNames

This seems to be a bit unlucky since the insertion of named entities can
create new noun phrases.

So I will change it and insert the mentions at the end.
