1) could you run this command "/usr/local/bin/convert -thumbnail 126x126
/usr/lib/red52/webapps/webmeeting/upload/profiles/profile_5/profile.jpg
/usr/lib/red52/webapps/webmeeting/upload/profiles/
profile_5/_profile_profile.jpg" from console and check the output

2) please provide me with the detailed steps, I'll doublecheck

3) please check Admin->Config->sendEmailAtRegister
