Subject Appointments administration at Admin section

Hi all,

some time ago I posted here that I was developing a new section in the
openmeetings administration to take care about the appointments in the
platform. (Admins can add, delete, edit and enter in all the
appointment rooms)

I'm sorry, because it was a long time ago and I was out of work for
over 6 months, but now I I carried out this task and I think it can be
a good idea to add it into the official openmeetings version, what do
you think about??
