I have downloaded the latest Zip file for openmeetings and installed onn my computer and while following instructions 1-3 am stuck at the second one wherein I have to run the red5.bat file and it open a window which mentions about, "JAVA HOME Environment variable not set!" it also says to see the read me, I don't see that either. Could you tell me what the problem is?
