Mark, It looks like there are multiple conversations going on between openjpa-2171 and this
JIRA...  Sorry about that.  I just noticed the code changes come across this JIRA, so I commented
here...

Thinking through this a bit more, I see your point.  Whether we have a dependency on ASM or
the xbean version of ASM, it really shouldn't make a difference.  And, from a WebSphere perspective,
they can provide an xbean dependency as well as an ASM dependency.  So, let's do what's right
for OpenJPA and move forward.  Thanks for your patience (and perseverance).
