See org.apache.openjpa.persistence.jdbc.sqlcache.TestPreparedQueryCache has
tests with IN clauses. But the parameters were not PCs. And it surely is
broken for Collection<PC> case.

Consider bypassing the cache for broken cases using several ways to
deactivate the cache for a single query/transaction/session, when it is
broken.[3]
