Executing a named query with a lock mode greater than NONE throws the wrong exception
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: OPENJPA-1629
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENJPA-1629
             Project: OpenJPA
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 2.0.0-beta3
            Reporter: Rick Curtis

The test org.apache.openjpa.persistence.lockmgr.TestNamedQueryLockMode.testNamedQueryWithLockModeMustExecuteInTransaction()
exhibits the behavior that I'm reporting. The test currently has an @AllowFailure annotation
that needs to be removed when the run time is fixed.
