Donald Woods resolved OPENJPA-1524.

    Resolution: Fixed

JNDI solution was added back on March 8th and will be in 2.0.0-beta3.
Opened OPENJPA-1593 as a subtask to look at adding an OSGiManagedRuntime in 2.1.
