Michael Dick commented on OPENJPA-901:
--------------------------------------

Is there any real reason to keep the variables in pom.xml? If the atlassian proxy is here
to stay it seems like we'd be better off hard coding the location.

> Discovered that Atlassian has the JAI 1.1.3 artifacts hosted on their m2proxy repo at
- https://m2proxy.atlassian.com/repository/public/
> By including their repo and changing the default groupId for the artifacts, we can eliminate
a manual step of having to download/install the JAI artifacts.
