David Ezzio resolved OPENJPA-654.
---------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 1.1.1

Revision 676592 to 1.1.x branch resolves this issue. Did not add two database dictionary
properties: BitLengthFunction and ConcatenateDelimiter. These two properties are not yet
used in the OpenJPA code, and therefore, I did not document them. Earlier changes at revisions
675366, 675368, and 675700 (also to 1.1.x branch) put the database dictionary properties into
alphabetical order and corrected the descriptions of a few of them.
