I've no statistics on this yet. As mentioned in OPENJPA-439 there was an increase in each
transaction in memory usage and I believe this extra part was not cleared after commit, but
with the supplied patch that should be fixed. I also noticed that after commit the memory
usage roughly drops back to the level when the transaction started (included in the attached
screenshots in 439), so I don' think there is a memory problem accros the commit boundary.
