The export seems to happen automatically when changes are made to the direct content of pages, but it appears that changes/additions to embedded content (e.g., news items, RSS feeds, inherited pages) don't trigger the HTML export. I had noticed this in the past, but I had thought there was a periodic nightly auto-export of all the pages. I guess I was wrong. I notice other people (e.g., http://mail- archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/ws-tuscany-dev/200706.mbox/%3C4669AC9B. 40509@gmail.com%3E ) have experienced this as well. There are 2 ways to fix this: A. The easy way: to just make a small modification to the page that is displaying the news items (e.g., just add a bogus newline). The auto-export should happen right away, and the new news item should immediately be seen at http://cwiki.apache.org/openjpa/ , and then the change will propagate to http://openjpa.apache.org/ within a couple hours). B. The hard way: if you have Confluence admin privileges, you can manually force an export by doing the following: 1. Log in 2. Go to http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/admin/autoexport/ configuration.action (there is where you get to from Administration- >Plugins-> Auto Export Plugin->Configure plugin) 3. In the "Space(s) to rebuild" box, select "OpenJPA" 4. Click "Export Space(s)" I've gone ahead and done that, and now looking at http:// cwiki.apache.org/openjpa/ , I see that the newer news item "OpenJPA Up Close and Personal" is available. It should be subsequently sync'd to http://openjpa.apache.org/ within a couple hours.
