The KEYS to verify the release can be downloaded from
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/openjpa/site/docs/KEYS

I also copied the file to /www/www.apache.org/dist/openjpa, it'll take a
while for the mirrors to resync but once they do the KEYS file will be
available at
http://www.apache.org/dist/openjpa/KEYS.
