There are settings under which OpenJPA will assume all relations are  
represented by database foreign keys, but that's not the default.   
Under default settings OpenJPA expects @ForeignKey annotations for  
physical foreign keys, or setting the SchemaFactory to use  
DatabaseMetaData to find them.
