Patrick Linskey commented on OPENJPA-160:
-----------------------------------------

Hmm. I don't get it. The only thing in newInstance() is 'new BrokerImpl()'. It's my understanding
that all of the BrokerImpl construction should be reported in the BrokerImpl.<init>
method call. I have a hard time believing that memory allocation (the only other thing that
should be involved in a 'new BrokerImpl()' call) is taking up 9.1% of the time.

What profiler are you using? Did you run the test without the profiler also, to see if it's
inspection overhead?

Am I wrong in thinking that the construction time, including inlined field assignments, will
be in BrokerImpl.<init>?
