Specifying the wrong persistence implementation in persistence.xml leads to misleading error
message
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: OPENJPA-60
                 URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OPENJPA-60
             Project: OpenJPA
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: David Ezzio
            Priority: Minor

If "kodo.persistence.PersistenceProviderImpl" is specified instead of "org.apache.openjpa.persistence.PersistenceProviderImpl",
a misleading error message results that suggests that the persistence.xml file is missing
or cannot be found.
